The Inclusive Community Center, in Northampton, MA, is hiring a full-time Office Coordinator to be a key part of our welcoming and inclusive community.

Summary of Position:

The Office Coordinator will work with their supervisor and other office staff to ensure the smooth running of the Inclusive Community Center's front office, including reception, administrative support for all program staff, managers and director, record keeping, data entry, report generation, and all other aspects of front office operations.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; the successful candidate will be flexible in order to meet the needs of the program.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

1. Minimum 18 years of age.

2. Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.

3. Thorough knowledge of office procedures and practices. Microsoft Office fluency. Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred but not mandatory. Set up and use of computerized systems. Equivalent to high school diploma plus broad specialized training equal to two years of college.

4. Over three years and up to and including five years of progressive learning experience.

Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Must be able to maintain regular attendance.

2. Ability to read and write in English. Bilingual a plus.

3. Perform a wide variety of office administrative duties requiring a general knowledge of related organization policies, practices and procedures. Use considerable judgment to work independently toward general objectives.

4. Ability to interact with inside and outside personnel and resources to provide or obtain information in a tactful way to avoid friction and obtain cooperation.

5. Maintain the highest level of professionalism when working with highly confidential information.

6. Ability to work with all levels of management, as well a your own peers.

7. Ability to follow complex directions.
